Based at the new Waterside Business School, Riverfront Bistro is a good option if you’re after a proper lunch rather than just a quick snack.

There’s a changing selection of hot lunches, along with boxed salads if you fancy something lighter. You can also pick up a cake or sweet treat and pair it with a cup of locally roasted Rountons Coffee.

If you’re only after a caffeine fix, there’s also a separate Starbucks Coffee Counter inside the Business School reception, which can be a handy option when the Bistro is busy at lunchtime.

With both options in the same building, it’s an easy place to stop whether you’ve got time to sit down for lunch or just need to grab something and go.
